Water fantasy was created with a large jet fountain, lighting, and lasers, among other attractions, in the lower Matsu River in the center of Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Gazing at the fantastic scenery, visitors took a deep breath in surprise and admiration every time a scene changed.
